Dinner with family at Restaurant Sin Chua Kee (Kuchai Lama)

This post is actually shud be posting up last night..... but i fall asleep....

Went to Restaurant Sin Chua Kee at Kuchai Lama to have dinner with my family.... right after i finish taking photo for the Adidas Roadshow and Project Alpha Ole KO Match....


We Ordered 6 Dishes.... That is......

Salt Baked Crab (盐焗蟹)

This crab is really nice..... its just that, u need to wait more longer time for this dish compare to other crab dish.....

Salad Bean Curd (沙律豆腐)

This Bean Curd is also nice, but the problem is.... we are 7 person there..... and the tofu only got 7 piece.... means each person 1 piece only.....

Stout Chicken (黑啤鸡)

This Chicken is also not bad.... its just that i prefer this type of cooking style to be used on cooking pork rib.....

Steam Cat Fish 清蒸白须公

This dish is my big brother favourite...... everytime we come here, he also will order this dish....

Amaranth Soup (上汤苋菜)

This Vege..... taste so so only... and there is too much oil on the surface....

Stir Fry "Ku Gua" (苦瓜小炒)

This vege.... not bad... i like it.... fits most peple taste bud....

Overall, the food are very nice....
